Suzann Pettersen May Be Norwegian But The Defending CN Women's Open Champion Says 'Go Canada'
OAKVILLE, Ont. -- CN is extending its sponsorship of the Canadian Women's Open through 2013.
The three-year extension for the annual LPGA event includes a two-year option.
Financial details weren't released.
The purse for this year's tournament at Winnipeg's St. Charles Country Club will be US$2.25 million.
The 2009 event was held at Priddis Greens Golf and Country Club near Calgary.
An announcement on the host site for the 2011 tournament is expected later this month.
