Tiger Woods isn’t playing this week in New Orleans because he’s getting ready to host a poker night in Las Vegas.
Woods is taking a break from his golf schedule to host a poker night at Mandalay Bay on Friday along with some of the biggest names in card playing history.
Those names include 11-time World Series of Poker champion Phil Hellmuth Jr., who will emcee the event, and 78-year-old legend Doyle Brunson, considered the Babe Ruth and the Michael Jordan of poker.
For a meagre $10,000 buy-in you get not only one playing spot it also enables a guest to attend Tiger’s Poker Night, plus a suite at THE hotel at Mandalay Bay for Friday and Saturday nights and two VIP tickets to attend Tiger Jam, featuring Jon Bon Jovi and Friends on Saturday, April 28.
