All golfers know that the more range of motion we have the more clubhead speed can be generated.
And what does clubhead speed mean? Well, more distance, of course....and who among us doesn't want that?
One of the best ways to accomplish that range of motion is to do specific exercises designed to help with core stability and better rotation for a longer more powerful swing.
Another issue that these exercises can help you deal with is a problem known as 'coming over the top'.
