Peter Tomasulo parred the fourth playoff hole to capture the United Leasing Championship in Indiana, the first event under the newly renamed Tour.

Tomasulo bogeyed the final hole in regulation to drop him into a tie with Swede David Lingmerth at 11-under par, sending the match to extra holes.

The pair managed to par the first three holes before a lightning alert forced a delay of 30 minutes. When they returned, Lingmerth bogeyed the 18th hole for the first time this week to lose the match.
The victory, Tomasulo's third career Tour win, capped a 21-month comeback from injuries that included a broken bone in his foot, stress fractures in his ribs and a pair of surgeries this year.
Tomasulo was making only his third start of 2012.
Richard Scott of Kingsville, Ont., shot a final round 71 and missed making it a three-way playoff by one stroke
Bryan DeCorso of Guelph, Ont., melted in the triple-digit heat, shooting a 14-over 86 which included  five of his six double bogeys for a 47 over the final nine holes.
