Golf Canada’s inaugural Adopt a School Week will be taking place at the start of the school year on September 19-23, 2016, in support of the Golf in Schools program. Golf Canada, the PGA of Canada, the National Golf Course Owners Association (NGCOA) and all provincial partners have come together to encourage individuals and businesses to adopt a local school between now and the end of Adopt a School Week.
Offered at the Elementary, Intermediate and High School level, Golf in Schools features age-appropriate equipment as well as a teacher-friendly learning resource that was developed in conjunction with the PGA of Canada and Physical Health Education (PHE) Canada.
