SAN MARCOS, California — Gauge Design Golf announced the re-introduction of its award winning Il Tatto (The Touch) Putter.
Il Tatto is a blade-style putter that features tungsten weights on the heel and toe, creating a smooth swing and a large sweet spot. The sole extends out slightly in the middle and is accompanied by a singular site-line. Il Tatto ranked tied for 9th in accuracy in the 2013 MyGolfSpy "Golf's Most Wanted!" Blade Awards. The MyGolfSpy test emphasizes the fact that accuracy is the ultimate factor that matters when we have our putter on the course.

Nike Golf, in conjunction with Archerfield Links, today announced the opening of the new Nike Performance Fitting Center at Archerfield in Edinburgh, Scotland, just ahead of the Scottish Open. Nike athlete Rory McIlroy was on hand for the announcement.
The facility — a world first for Nike Golf — will allow consumers from around the globe to experience the very best in golf club fitting, as well as access to Archerfield’s elite coaching panel, including former Ryder Cup player Andrew Coltart and leading European Tour coach Gary Nicol, both members of Nike’s Swoosh Staff.

Tiger Woods will compete in his first major championship of the season in apparel from the Nike Golf Tiger Woods Collection. The three-time Open Champion will stay warm in the TW Engineered Sweater ($140) with 3-D engineered-knit sleeves — developed with Woods’s insights — that inspired the same sleeve design in the 3-D V-Neck Sweater.
