(Chris Fry/PGA of Canada) — The Hyundai PGA Scramble of Canada’s new website is now up and running.
Visitors to the website — www.hyundaipgascramble.com — can easily locate and register for local qualifiers across the country. Currently there are more than 100 local qualifying sites from B.C. to Newfoundland.
The Hyundai PGA Scramble of Canada is a new national series of events taking place across the country beginning this June.

FONTHILL, Ontario — Situated on the highest point in the Niagara region overlooking Lake Ontario, Lake Erie, the Niagara River and the city of Niagara Falls, Lookout Point Country Club is an impressive venue unto itself.
The 1922 Walter Travis designed gem is home to World Golf Hall of Fame member Marlene Streit; two-time PGA Women's Championship of Canada winner, Cathy Sherk; five-time PGA Seniors’ Championship of Canada winner Bill Kozak; and PGA TOUR Champions winner Rod Spittle.
And later this year, Lookout Point Country Club will also become home for the inaugural Hyundai PGA Scramble of Canada national final.

SOUTHAMPTON, Bermuda (Chris Fry/PGA of Canada) — The stage is set for the 2016 Grey Goose World Par 3 Championship at the Turtle Hill Golf Club in Bermuda.
The 36-hole championship, which takes place March 11-12 at the Turtle Hill Golf Club at the Fairmont Southampton in Bermuda, features former Ryder Cup members; PGA and European Tour winners; European Senior Tour winners; a Mackenzie Tour – PGA Tour Canada winner; WEB.com, Mackenzie Tour – PGA Tour Canada and PGA Tour LatinoAmerica players; PGA of Canada national championship winners and a Golf Channel personality.

The Professional Golfers’ Association (PGA) of Canada, National Golf Foundation (NGF), and the National Golf Course Owners Association Canada (NGCOA Canada) recently met to lay down the groundwork for the creation of the Occupational Standards Research project.
The research project—which is the first of its’ kind for PGA of Canada professionals—looks to identify skills, competences and role descriptions for PGA of Canada professionals. The research will also include identification of expectations of golf facility owners and operators.

ACTON, Ontario (PGA of Canada) — The PGA of Canada is proud to announce the launch of its newest national event, the Hyundai PGA Scramble of Canada.
The Hyundai PGA Scramble of Canada is a new national series of events taking place at more than 200 golf facilities around the country in 2016, culminating with regional finals and a national final later this year.
