Many jobs on the golf course require the full attention of the equipment operator.
If you were to ask a group of golf course superintendents what got them into the golf industry in the first place most would say it was a love of the outdoors and a passion for the game.  Maybe less would say that it was a desire to manage people but that's the responsibility comes with the territory.
