CN and Golf Canada announced the continuation of CN’s school adoption program this year in Kamloops as an extension of their dedication to junior golf through the CN Future Links Community Tour.
Close to 50 students from both Sk’elep School of Excellence and Pinantan Lake Elementary celebrated with a CN Future Links Field Trip event at Mount Paul Golf Course in honour of CN’s recent adoption of 15 local schools in the Kamloops region. Students received lessons in safety, putting, driving and chipping from Head Professional, Danny Latten.

RICHMOND, British Columbia — British Columbia Golf President David Atkinson is part of a process to revitalize the Association and re-align its mission, vision and values to be in keeping with the needs of all the province’s golfers.
In today’s world, healthy organizations understand the need to revisit their Mission, Vision and Values on a regular basis. Further, if their environment is undergoing unanticipated change, they are aware that this should be done even more frequently.
And it is fair to say that BC Golf, in fact the entire golf industry, finds itself in an environment that has undergone, and is still undergoing, tremendous change.

DUNCAN, British Columbia — The Canadian Pairs Presented By WestJet, the longest running multi-province, handicap-oriented golf tournament in Canada, sees clubs hold events at their home course and then send a pair, all-expenses paid, to compete at a National Final at Crown Isle Resort & Golf Community on Vancouver Island.
Over its 10-year history, the tournament has seen some notable evolutions including the expansion to a two-round, three-day event in 2012 as well as an invitation to the winning pair from Crown Isle to compete at an annual tournament at famed Pebble Beach.
