CJGA Team Canada Wins 7th Annual Stephen Ames Cup

Calgary, Alta. (August 19, 2011) – Day three of the 2011 Stephen Ames Cup concluded today at Canyon Meadows Golf and Country Club in Calgary.

Both CJGA Team Canada and Trinidad & Tobago entered the final day of competition with a shot at taking home the title, but the Canadians proved too much for their Caribbean counterparts.

CJGA Team Canada won five of the eight singles matches to beat Trinidad 10 ½ to 5 ½ and retain the title.
