SPRINGFIELD, Illinois — Anders Albertson birdied seven holes in a row at Panther Creek Country Club en route to his maiden Web.com Tour title at the third annual Lincoln Land Championship presented by LRS. Albertson carded a final-round 63 and posted 25-under-par to beat Adam Long and Kramer Hickok by two strokes.
“It’s been awhile since I’ve won,” said Albertson, who picked up his first victory in his 62nd career start. “God is so good and this week I’ve been really calm and felt his presence.”
