The EX10 fairway wood is meticulously designed combining materials from around the globe for the most advantageous technology highlighted by a new Japanese high-density HT 980 steel cup face combo brazed to a heavier hyper steel body all to benefit the player who wants unprecedented power, forgiveness, and accuracy.
Tour Edge R&D presents a brand new Japanese high-density steel called HT 980 in the EX10 fairway wood. Delivering a MATERIAL ADVANTAGE, the HT 980 high-tensile strength steel is utilized in a cup face design that allows engineers to make the face thinner than in any previous metal woods for staggering energy transfer and more distance. Additionally, impacting the face is the Exotics hexagonal variable face thickness (VFT). The high performance VFT offers multiple levels of thickness that maximize launch speed from more points on the face, especially in the heel and toe areas.
The EX10 club head has lower and deeper CG than previous models accomplished with a heavier 9-gram changeable sole weight housed in a 12-gram weight pad for 21-grams of deep sole weighting. The sole weight is specifically located for a higher MOI and helps players optimize the club’s performance. The weight screw is also adjustable and additional weights can be purchased as a kit or individually. The kit includes 6-gram, 11-gram and 14-gram weights to increase or decrease the swing weight.
The aerodynamics in the EX10 fairway wood are greatly enhanced by a more sloping crown and four speed channels on the sole. The new, more tapered head profile also reduces drag and saves weight that is redistributed in the sole of the club to achieve optimal ball flight. The speed channels also enhance the aerodynamics of the club head and stabilize off-center hits with higher MOI.
Engineers made substantial changes to the 2017 SlipStreamTM sole in the fairway wood. Research showed that by lengthening the rails and making the channels between the rails shallower, more compact minimal turf interaction was achieved.

The new Aldila Rogue M-AX (Multi-Axial) employs a new and unique woven graphite material to the outer layer of the shaft. This novel use of full length 90 degree fibers provides significantly improved lateral (cross-sectional) stability to the shaft during shaft loading and release to provide increased energy to the golf ball at impact, and to allow for a more consistent release path swing after swing.
The Tour AD50 utilizes premium, aerospace quality 50t carbon-fiber materials to provide the best performing shaft available. The softer mid-section bend profile of the Tour AD allows the player to load the shaft properly, yet it maintains a firm enough tip section through impact promoting a high launch and low spin ball flight condition.
Mitsubishi Bassara E-Series: E-Series Utilizes the latest premium lightweight materials and is especially designed to perform well with today’s larger and lower spinning head designs.
