In just a few short days, the golf world will once again have its sights set on Augusta National as the 2020 Masters Tournament tees off for an unprecedented, spectator-free championship.

Combine the following to make enough pimento cheese to serve 16:
1 pound of cream cheese, softened
2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
8 ounces of pimentos, well drained
6 green onions, chopped
4 tablespoons of finely chopped, seeded jalapeño peppers
Add salt and pepper to taste
