Kevin Na lost a three-shot lead on the back nine but won the Shriners Hospitals for Children Open in a playoff when Patrick Cantlay three-putted the second extra hole. It was his third victory in the last 15 months, and third in as many seasons on the PGA Tour. Cantlay finished runner-up for the second straight year in Las Vegas. …Adam Hadwin’s 63 equalled the low round of the day in round 4, giving him back-to-back top 5 finishes for the first time in his PGA Tour career.  ..Nick Taylor held the clubhouse lead following an opening round 63 and was just two strokes back after round 2. Graham DeLaet, who last played a round of golf in October 2017, was making the first of 24 starts under his major medical exemption. He needs to earn 266 FedEx Cup points in order to secure his Tour card for the 2020-21 season.
