adidas Golf Increases Support For The Maple Leaf Junior Tour

VANCOUVER, British Columbia — The Maple Leaf Junior Golf Tour (MJT) is pleased to announce an extended partnership with adidas Golf in 2020, adding increased benefits for junior golfers across the country.

Already a Premier Partner and high-level supporter of Canada’s number-one played Junior Golf Tour, the enhanced adidas Golf agreement adds on a new MJT adi-Series of tournaments, where adidas Golf footwear will be featured in the current line-up of quality adidas prizing for top finishers in each of the six age divisions at these designated events.

The MJT-adidas partnership extension also includes the new 2020 MJT adidas Golf Player of the Year Awards. The national MJT Players of the Year, based on scoring averages and related criteria at the end of the 2020 season, will be recognized with a special adidas Golf prize package in addition to a subsidy to participate in the MJT National Championship presented by TaylorMade and adidas Golf at The Legacy Golf Resort in Phoenix, AZ, this November.

In addition, every MJT member is eligible for adidas Golf discounts, and players who purchase an MJT Early Bird Membership prior to January 31 are eligible for a $150 random draw prize if they use their adidas discount during February.

“This fantastic support from adidas Golf is wonderful for the competitors,” said Elaine Denton, MJT Director of Marketing and Administration. “It is just a pleasure to be a partner with such a first-class company and brand in developing Canada’s young talent.”

Details of the MJT adi-Series, MJT adidas Golf Player of the Year Awards, adidas.ca member discounts and more can be found on the Maple Leaf Junior Golf Tour website at www.maplejt.com.
