Don’t Forget To Work On Foot Mobility

Ankle mobility, particularly medial, laterally, or rotationally, is very important to dissipate load through our body. As we shock-absorb, we have to add the ability to pressure inward, which requires rotation through the hind foot bones of the ankle, and the ability to rotate outward.

This is a wonderful exercise to reintroduce motion into the hind foot and get that ankle, that back part of the foot, more mobile.
