VIA PRESS RELEASE - Bryson DeChambeau just took the title at Winged Foot after Gary Woodland won last year marking consecutive years the winner has worn PUMA and swung Cobra Golf clubs.
While Woodland may be coventional with his equipment configuration, DeChambeau is not. From the KING SPEEDZONE 5.5 degree driver to irons that are all the same length, Bryson is definitely doing it differently. DeChambeau utilized this low loft driver that features golf’s first CNC Milled Infinity Face which accorniong to Cobra expands the milled area by 95 per cent, enabling control of the face and leading-edge thickness. Said Dan Ladd, GM & EVP, COBRA PUMA GOLF., "... the 2020 U.S. Open also marks the first-ever major to be won by a player using one length irons, providing incredible validation of the concept.”
