Four PGA of BC Members Elected To Board Of Directors

RICHMOND, British Columbia — The PGA of BC is pleased to present the results of the Association’s 2021 Board of Directors election.
Listed in alphabetical order, the following candidates have been elected to two-year terms based upon the results of membership voting conducted Jan. 18-25:
- Mark Lindsay; Class "A" Professional, Nielsen Agencies
- Derek Orr; Class "A" Professional, Iron & Wood Golf Simulators
- Cindy Soukoroff; Head Professional, St. Eugene Golf Resort & Casino (re-elect)
- Mark Strong; Class "A" Professional, Unaffiliated
Congratulations to each of the Directors-Elect for being named to the board by their peers. Membership of the 2021 Board of Directors will become official during the PGA of BC Annual General Meeting taking place virtually on Monday, Feb. 8 at 4:00 p.m. PT.
The PGA of BC would like to thank outgoing directors Chad Scott (The Rise Golf Course, eight-year tenure), Mark Thirtle (Capilano Golf & Country Club, two years) and Brian Wise (Crown Isle Resort & Golf Community, two years) for their service and dedication to the Association. Scott, Thirtle and Wise will serve out the remainder of their terms on the Board of Directors until next month’s AGM.
