Below is a list of how Canadian golfers fared across the major professional tours the week prior.
PGA TOUR
Despite draining putts of 40 and 50 feet earlier in the round, Bryson DeChambeau needed to sink a nervy 5-footer on the final hole for a one-shot victory over Lee Westwood at the Arnold Palmer Invitational. His final round 71 was one of only three rounds under par in one of the toughest days at Bay Hill in 41 years. DeChambeau became the first player this season with multiple victories, to go along with his U.S. Open title in September. Corey Conners finished third, three shots back. It was his best finish since winning the Texas Open in 2019. He also moved up to 44th in the World Golf Rankings to become the highest ranked Canadian in the world.
