The PGA of Canada Renews Partnership With GOLFTV

ACTON, Ontario — In a move to bring world-class golf to as many members, players and fans across the country as possible, the PGA of Canada is excited to announce that it has renewed its national partnership with GOLFTV powered by PGA TOUR.

In addition to being a National Partner of the PGA of Canada, GOLFTV will once again be a Supporting Partner of the RBC PGA Scramble, the annual national series of events that took place at over 150 golf facilities around the country in 2020.

“On behalf of the PGA of Canada and our 3,700 members from coast-to-coast, we are so excited to renew our partnership with GOLFTV,” said PGA of Canada CEO Kevin Thistle. “Since our partnership began in 2019, PGA Scramble participants and PGA Professionals have raved about the priority access they’ve had to GOLFTV content and we look forward to continuing to offer this benefit to our members.”

“Discovery and GOLFTV is dedicated to growing the game of golf and we are thrilled to continue supporting the PGA of Canada’s outstanding service for members and golfers to do exactly this across the country,” said Alex Kaplan, President and General Manager of Discovery Golf and GOLFTV.

“Our agreement is exactly the type of innovative collaboration Discovery is looking to establish within golf. It has been a pleasure working closely with the PGA of Canada, and we are excited to enhance the value and benefits their members receive even further. This is a perfect time to enjoy live and on-demand content on GOLFTV,” he added.
