The Harrington Lounge has been launched for The 147th Open at Carnoustie due to high demand from fans of golf’s original championship.
The Harrington Lounge is available on all four Championship days from Thursday until Sunday providing the perfect spot to enjoy all the action with its casual and informal environment located next to the 18th hole.
From the moment you arrive, your guests will enjoy five-star treatment during their visit to The Open, including delicious Scottish cuisine created by our award-winning chefs and a full complimentary bar.
Director of Sales & Marketing at The R&A, Malcolm Booth, said: “We are excited to be introducing a new hospitality offering for fans of golf’s original championship which allow them to get up close to The Open and enjoy a fantastic experience of watching the world’s greatest golfers in action. We have experienced high demand this year and we are encouraging fans to secure their place early for one of the world’s greatest sporting events.”
Some of the exciting hospitality experiences on offer at The Open have already sold out including The Claret Jug Pavilion, The Champions Club on Friday and The Claret Jug Suites across the whole week. Limited availability remains for the other experiences on sale.
The Claret Jug Club, also recently launched, is now only available for one day (Friday 20 July) with other Championship days sold out. It’s located on the top floor of the hospitality marquee overlooking the 18th tee and 17th green providing an intimate lounge to host guests.
