Diamondback Golf Club at Woodland Valley, a perennial favorite on the Grand Strand, unveils its new greens this week. The club has continued with its extensive facility wide renovations this year and has installed Sunday Ultra Dwarf Bermuda on its championship course. In addition to the new greens, the course will also feature newly refreshed bunker complexes and improved drainage throughout the property. Grand reopening events are planned for August 15th and the course will host golfers from around the globe in the Myrtle Beach World Amateur Handicap Championship later this month.
“Our team is looking forward to welcoming our members and guests back to experience all of the changes.” says Patrick Wilkinson, General Manager at Diamondback. “Our course offers a great combination of value and championship conditions.
