KELOWNA, British Columbia — Happy Father’s Day, David Sigg. You are no doubt one proud papa today.
Greyson Sigg posted the second 59 in Mackenzie Tour — PGA TOUR Canada history Sunday at the GolfBC Championship, and the first thing he did afterward was deliver the news to his father.
“This will give him a good Father’s Day present,” Sigg said.
The 24-year-old from Augusta, Ga., closed with birdies on each of his last three holes to card the first sub-60 round on Tour in five years. The last to do it was Brady Schnell at the 2014 ATB Financial Classic. Jason Bohn shot a 58 in 2001 when it was the Canadian Tour.
