The PGA on Wheels is proud to have attended the inaugural Calgary Golf Festival that took place at Cottonwood G&CC on July 4th. The event allowed families or groups in all shapes and sizes the opportunity to experience golf in a whole new way by renting a hole on the course for 90 minutes at a cost of only $20!
Despite the weather not cooperating the best, the PGA on Wheels area saw many kids throughout the day taking part in the various junior golf activities setup. Thank you to the following PGA of Alberta Professionals for volunteering their time to support the event; Bryce Halverson (The Winston GC), Chris Ward (Edmonton Petroleum G&CC), Dale Tomlinson (The Winston GC), Josh Fleming (GOLFTEC Calgary Beacon Heights), Josh Gardner (Oasis Greens GC), Michael Graham (Cottonwood G&CC), Sean Thompson (Cottonwood G&CC), Shannon Raina (Sirocco GC) & Tyler Willner (Lakeside GC).
