The modus operandi behind Vancouver-based Haywood Golf (haywoodgolf.com) is a simple one—make golf friendlier, hipper and more fun.
For company founder Josh Haywood, the way to accomplish all three objectives was to remove one of the barriers to entry: the cost of buying a new set of clubs.
The result: a direct-to-consumer equipment brand with products costing as low as $99 (wedge) and $650 (seven clubs).
